The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were no Guest Speakers.
There were no Citizens Comments.
The Board approved the minutes of the February meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Muir moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $8,284.56
General Fund $5,313.36; State Fund $ 2,971.20. Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion carried.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.
There was no Unfinished Business.
Under New Business the Supervisors set the end of March for their annual road check, weather permitting. A motion was made my Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The following Announcements were made: Spring Clean Up will be held April 19th, 20th, 21st 2013. Spring forward one hour on Sunday March 10th, daylight savings time begins.
Your State Representative Dave Reed is holding a Town Hall Meeting in Strongstown on Saturday, March 23@ 8:30 at the Strongstown Historical Society Schoolhouse.
Mr. Shultz then moved to Adjourn the March Meeting. Mr. Cameron seconded the motion. Motion carried. The March Regular Meeting was adjourned at 7:11.
