The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were no Guest Speakers.
Citizens Comments were about recycling and spring clean up.
Under Supervisor Discussion Mr. Cameron gave an update on information he received on the Malloy Hollow pipe replacement.
The Board approved the minutes of the May meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Muir moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $13,461.57
General Fund $11,130.49; State Fund $2,331.08. Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion carried.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.
Unfinished Business consisted of opening bids received for the 2002 Ford 550 and the 6 tires.
Nine truck bids were received. In order opened $1000, $500, $1213, $701, $1000, $7100, $2295.51, $6553, $1250. There were three tire bids. In order opened $22, $310.95, $666. Keith Muir motioned to accept high bid in both openings, Chris Cameron seconded. Motion carried with all Supervisors in agreement. Truck sold for $7100 and the tires sold for $666. The money will be placed in the General fund.
There was no New Business.
There were no Announcements.
Mr. Shultz then moved to Adjourn the June Meeting. Mr. Cameron seconded the motion. Motion carried. The June Regular Meeting was adjourned at 7:26.
