The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Keith Muir and Chris Cameron were present. Chris Cameron called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were no Guest Speakers.
Citizens Comments consisted of one complaint about a dilapidated trailer on First Avenue in Heilwood and a man living in a camper on Mentcle Drive. Mr. Shultz recommended writing another letter to the property owner stating our next move will have to be taking him to the magistrate under Ordinance 13. The man living in the camper would have to be discussed with our solicitor.
The Board approved the minutes of the September meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Muir moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $57,862.33
General Fund $1,793.65; State Fund $56,068.68 Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion carried.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by
Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
There was no Unfinished Business.
There was no New Business.
There were several Announcements. Mr. Cameron announced Trick or Treat in Pine Township will be October 27th between the hours of 2 and 4 PM.
Pine Township received an estimate for Liquid Fuels Allocation for $81,748.59 for 2014
.
The new Sewage Enforcement Administrator is Melinda Shay and the new Sewage Enforcement Officer is Spurgion Shilling.
Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the October Meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion.
Motion carried. The October Regular Meeting was adjourned at 7:25.
