The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood.  Keith Muir and Ryan Shultz were present. Chris Cameron was absent. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.

There were no Guest Speakers. 

There was a Citizen’s Comment requesting information about the water extension on Tipperary Road.

The Board approved the minutes of the January meeting.  A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Shultz.  Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board.  A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried. 

Bills were reviewed.  Mr. Muir moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $ 8,401.86
General Fund $3,979.17; State Fund $4,422.69. Mr. Shultz seconded.  Motion carried.

The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. 
A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.


There was no Unfinished Business.

Under New Business, the Pine Township Supervisors passed Resolution 020314 adopting the new emergency management plan for the Penns Manor Area.  Mr. Shultz motioned to accept the plan and
Mr. Muir seconded. 

There were no Announcements. 


Mr. Shultz then moved to Adjourn the February Meeting.  Mr. Muir seconded the motion. 
Motion carried.  The February Regular Meeting was adjourned at 7:25.
