PINE TOWNSHIP SUPERVISORS MEETING
JULY 7TH, 2014
The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Keith Muir and Chris Cameron were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were not Guest Speakers.
There were no Citizens Comments.
The Board approved the minutes of the June meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Muir moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $12,807.99
General Fund $11,124.70; State Fund $1,683.69. Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion carried.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by
Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
There was no Unfinished Business.
Under New Business Supervisors passed Resolution #20140707. The resolution, providing for the Act 13 impact fees revenue, state the money $11,205.89 is being placed into the Capital Reserve of the General Fund. Mr. Muir motioned, Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion carried with all Supervisors in agreement.
Announcements consisted of some updates. The application for a General Permit for Malloy Hollow has been submitted. The grant from Indiana County Commissioners has been approved. This ($25,549.25) will be used for road resurfacing of roads in the township. And finally Spring Clean Up cost the tax payers $1,480.
Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the July Meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion.
Motion carried. The July Regular Meeting was adjourned at 7:15 PM.
