The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Keith Muir and Chris Cameron were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were not Guest Speakers.
There were no Citizens Comments.
The Board approved the minutes of the September meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Muir moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $53,459.90
General Fund $24,535.96; State Fund $28,923.94. Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion carried.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by
Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
There was no Unfinished Business.
Under New Business Supervisors voted to advertise for 1000 tons of state approved antiskid. Mr. Shultz made the motion, Mr. Muir seconded, motion passed with all Supervisors in agreement.
Mr. Shultz Announced Trick or Treat will be held October 26th between the hours of 2 and 4 PM.
Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the October Meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion.
Motion carried. The October Regular Meeting was adjourned at 7:35 PM.
