The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz and Chris Cameron were present. Keith Muir was absent. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were not Guest Speakers.
There were no Citizens Comments.
The Board approved the minutes of the November meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Shultz moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $1,108.30
General Fund $1,108.30; State Fund $0. Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion carried.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by
Mr. Cameron and seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
Unfinished Business consisted of the passing of the 2015 budget resolutions.
Budget Resolution 2014-124 and the 2015 Tax Levy Resolution 2014-123. The 2015 Budget Resolution shows Total Revenues at $506,692 all funds; and Total Expenditure as $336,376 all funds. The 2015 Tax Levy Resolution 2014-123, which is unchanged since last year, shows 3.6 mils real estate tax and $5 per capita tax. Mr. Shultz moved to pass both resolutions, Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion carried.
There was no New Business.
Mr. Shultz Announced the Supervisors will meet on Monday January 5th, 2015 for the Reorganization Meeting at the Pine Township Municipal Building at 7:00PM. The regular January meeting will follow.
Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the December Meeting. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion.
Motion carried. The December Regular Meeting was adjourned at 7:15 PM.
