The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz and Keith Muir were present. Chris Cameron was absent. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.

There were no Guest Speakers.
There were no Citizens Comments.

The Board approved the minutes of the March meeting.  A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Shultz.  Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board.  A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried. 

Bills were reviewed.  Mr. Shultz moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $37,346.59.
General Fund $37,664.81; State Fund $2,681.78. Mr. Muir seconded.  Motion carried.

The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by
Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Shultz.  Motion carried.

Unfinished Business consisted of the tabling of any voting on police protection until all Board members were present. Mr. Shultz motioned, Mr. Muir seconded.

Mr. Shultz motioned to purchase a new broom from Marshall Equipment. Phone bids were accepted and Marshall was the lowest. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion passed.

Under New Business Resolution 20150406 stating the Pine Township Supervisors are submitting an Application for Traffic Signal Approval to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Motion to pass resolution and mail application was made by Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Muir.

An Announcement was made to the attending residents, Spring Clean Up is scheduled for May 15th, 16th and 17th, 7 AM thru 7 PM.

Mr. Muir then moved to Adjourn the April Meeting.  Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. 
Motion carried.  The April Regular Meeting was adjourned at 7:20 PM.
