The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz and Chris Cameron were present. Keith Muir was absent.  Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.

There were no Guest Speakers.

Citizens Comments pertaining to rumors of a proposed fire tax. Mr. Shultz assured the public no decision has been made and before it was, the question would be put on the ballot. Also discussed was the turnaround at the bottom of Pine Street in Heilwood. A resident complained of others parking in the spot making it impossible to turn around.

The Board approved the Minutes of the October meeting.  A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Cameron.  Motion carried.

      

The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board.  A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

 

Bills were reviewed.  Mr. Shultz moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $3,793.92 General Fund $3,069.84; State Fund $724.08. Mr. Cameron seconded.  Motion carried.

The Police Report for October 2015 was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.

The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by

Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Cameron.  Motion carried.

There was no Unfinished Business.

Under New Business the Supervisors were presented with the proposed 2016 Budget. Total Revenue $511,023, Total Expenditures $422,303. Mr. Cameron motioned to advertise the budget for public inspection and finalize next meeting.  Mr. Shultz seconded the motion.

Mr. Shultz, Announced the budget would be available for public inspection at the Township Office during regular business hours until December 7th, 2015.

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the November Meeting.  Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. 

Motion carried.  The November Regular Meeting was adjourned at 7:28 PM.
