The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.

Guest Speakers included Michael Swank form Steckbeck Engineering, and our Solicitor David Serene. The topic was the proposed Dollar General in Strongstown and the use of “alley” in the rear of the lot.

There were no Citizens Comments.

The Board approved the Minutes of the November meeting.  A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron.  Motion carried.
      
The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board.  A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
 
Bills were reviewed.  Mr. Muir moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $5,242.13.
General Fund$5,242.31; State Fund $0. Mr. Cameron seconded.  Motion carried.

The Police Report for November 2015 was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.

The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron.  Motion carried.

Unfinished Business consisted of the approval of the Budget Resolution2015-112 and Tax Levy Resolution2015-123.
Mr. Muir motioned to pass both resolutions. Mr. Cameron second the motion.  Motion carried with all Supervisors in agreement.

Under New Business the Cherry Tree Police Department has ask the Supervisors, in a new contract, to increase payment from $23 per hour to $25 per hour. They also ask for an increase in hours from 50 every month to
75 hours 6 months and 50 hours 6 months. This would be an increase from $13,800 a year to $18,750 a year.
Mr. Cameron moved to accept the contract. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion carried with all Supervisors in agreement.

There were no Announcements.

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the December Meeting.  Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. 
Motion carried.  The December Regular Meeting was adjourned at 7:28PM.
