The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were no Guest Speakers.
There were no Citizens Comments.
The Board approved the Minutes of the April meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Muir moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $4,413.90; General Funds $3709.07, State Funds $704.83.. Mr. Cameron seconded, motion carried.
The Police Report for April was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Muir, seconded by
Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Supervisors Discussion consisted of three topics. The first was the reassessment extensions and how this relates to the Township finances. The second was the condition of 403 North and PennDots refusal to repair what was a terrible job. Also discussed was the lack of response from ICMSA in regards to the Tipperary Road water problems.
Unfinished Business consisted of the opening and reading of stone and oil bids.Bids for 40,000 gallons of CRS-2 were received by Midland Asphalts Materials at $1.155 per gallon, Russell Standard Corp at $1.183 per gallon and Suite-Kote at $1.144 per gallon. Bids for 1000 tons of #8 limestone were received by Homer Sleek and Sons at $23.62 per ton, New Enerprise at $25.00 per ton and Ritchey Trucking at $22.49 per ton. Motion was made by Mr. Shultz to accept low bid. Mr.Cameron seconded the motion. Motion passed with all Supervisors in agreement.
There was no New Business.

Mr. Shultz Announced Spring Clean Up will be held May 13th, 14th, and 15th, from 7AM to 7 PM.
Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the May Meeting. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried. The May 2016 Meeting was adjourned at 7:40PM.
