The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz and Chris Cameron were present. Keith Muir was absent. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were no Guest Speakers.
There were no Citizens Comments.
The Board approved the Minutes of the November 2016 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Shultz moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $4,845.78 General Funds $4,845.78. State Funds $0. Mr. Cameron seconded, motion carried.
The Police Report was reviewed. Mr. Shultz moved accept the report. Mr. Cameron seconded, motion carried.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by
Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Supervisors Discussed whether or not to purchase a plow for the tractor. Mr. Shultz believes it would be an asset during clean-up of town intersections. He requested it be brought up under new business.
The Unfinished Business consisted of the passing of Resolutions 2016-113 and 2016-112 which are necessary to fund the municipal government during the year 2017. Mr. Shultz moved to enact both resolutions, Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion passed.
Under New Business Mr. Shultz moved to purchase a plow for the tractor. He acquired three telephone bids; Walsh Equipment $3590; Marshalls $3950 + shipping; Manor Motor $5,000. Mr. Shultz moved to accept the low bid from Walsh Equipment.
Mr. Cameron seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the Meeting. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried. The December Meeting was adjourned at 7:20 PM.
