The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Chris Cameron and Kith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz was absent. Mr. Cameron called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were no Guest Speakers.
There were no Citizens Comments.
The Board approved the Minutes of the March 2017 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $7,599.43; General Funds $7,599.43, State Funds $0. Mr. Muir seconded, motion carried.
The Police Report was reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved accept the report. Mr. Muir seconded, motion carried.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by
Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.
The Supervisors Discussed the conditions of both Stiles Station and Kinter Station bridges. Stiles Station was inspected by PENDOT and put on critical repair status. Kinter Station passed but needs work.
Unfinished Business was a motion by Keith Muir to advertise for 1000 tons of #8 limestone and 40,000 gallons of E-3 for road resurfacing. Mr. Cameron seconded, motion carried.
There was no New Business.
There were no Public Comments
The Supervisors Announced Spring Clean Up for May 5th, 6th, and 7th.
Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the Meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion carried. The April Meeting was adjourned at 7:15 PM.
