The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz and Chris Cameron were present. Keith Muir was absent. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There was one Guest Speakers. Attorney Chris Welch addressed the Board and Residents, asking for support in the election, for the seat of Municipal Judge.
There were no Citizens Comments.
The Board approved the Minutes of the April 2017 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $8,315.38; General Funds $6,006.95, State Funds $2,308.43. Mr. Shultz seconded, motion carried.
The Police Report was reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved accept the report. Mr. Shultz seconded, motion carried.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by
Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.

Unfinished Business consisted of the opening and awarding of the tar and chip bid. The stone bid results for 1000 ton of #8 limestone, delivered to different sites in Pine Township were:

A motion to accept the bid from Brawley Trucking, which was the low bid, was made by
Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.

A motion to accept the bid from Russel Standard, which was the low bid, was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
There was no New Business.
There were Public Comments concerning the ongoing problem with Tipperary Road’s water issues and a request for cable on 422 at Nolo Hill.
The Supervisors Announced Spring Clean Up is to be held May 5th, 6th, and 7th.
Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the Meeting. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried. The May Meeting was adjourned at 7:44 PM.
