The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were no Guest Speakers.
There were no Citizens Comments.
The Board approved the Minutes of the May 2017 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $ 6,060.04; General Funds $4,265.68, State Funds $1,794.36. Mr. Muir seconded, motion carried.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by
Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
The Police Report was reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved accept the report. Mr. Muir seconded, motion carried.
The Supervisors Discussed roof of the fuel shed and Stiles Station Bridge.
Unfinished Business consisted of both topics of discussion. Mr. Shultz motioned to accept the $350 estimate from Dave Mason. Mr. Cameron seconded the motion. Motion carried with all Supervisors in agreement. The other item of unfinished business is the Stiles Station Bridge. Mr. Shultz moved to start the repairs as soon as possible. Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion carried with all Supervisors in agreement.
There was no New Business.
Under Public Comments Ann Repine, from the ATV Club & Rescue, ask the Supervisors if they could put up signs on Township right of way on Tower Hill Road and Mount Zion. Mr. Shultz told them as long as the sign does not block line of sign he had no problem with them putting up signs. He also told them he felt they were an asset to the township, and thanked them for their help in rescue operations.

Mr. Shultz then moved to Adjourn the Meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The June Meeting was adjourned at 7:25 PM.
