The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz was absent. Chris Cameron called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were no Guest Speakers.
There were no Citizens Comments.
The Board approved the Minutes of the November 2018 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $22,618.86; General Funds $703.56 and State Funds $21,915.30 which was winter stone. Mr. Muir seconded, motion carried.
The Police Report was reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved accept the report. Mr. Muir seconded, motion carried.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.
There was no Supervisors Discussion.
There was no Unfinished Business
Under New Business of the passing of Resolution 2018-1203 which establishes the tax rate for 2019. The tax rate is 1 mil on real estate and $5 per capita. This is the same as 2018. Resolution 2018-123 which appropriates specific sums estimated to be required for the purpose of general government in 2019. Mr. Cameron moved pass both Resolutions. Mr. Muir seconded, motion carried.
There were no Public Comments
The Supervisors wished everyone Happy Holidays.
Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the Meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The December 3rd Meeting was adjourned at 7:14 PM.
