The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were not any Guest Speakers
The Board approved the Minutes of the October 2019 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $ 6,347.49; General Funds $5,475.39, State Funds $872.10. Mr. Muir seconded; motion carried.
The November Balances being General Fund $177,600.61 and State Fund $180,431.09.
The Police Report was reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved accept the report. Mr. Muir seconded; motion carried.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
The Supervisors Discussed with the citizens the progress with the abandon homes.
Unfinished Business was the opening of winter stone bids. Ritchey Trucking 21.99, New Enterprise 23.85, Ligonier Stone and Lime 23.85, Homer Sleek & Sons 23.50,
Snyder Excavation $24.90, Brawley Trucking 22.49. Motion to accept low bid was made by
Mr. Muir, Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion passed with all Supervisors in agreement.
New Business consisted of a motion by Mr. Muir to advertise the 2020 Budget. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the Meeting. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried. The November Meeting was adjourned at 7:23 PM.
