The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM on a telephone conference with Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were no Guest Speakers.
The Board approved the Minutes of the April 2020 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by
Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports, Timesheets and Roadmaster's Report were sent to the Board earlier. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $2,083.84
General Funds $2,083.84, State Funds $0. Mr. Muir seconded; motion carried.
The Balances for May 2020 General Fund $ 190,346.95 and State Fund $282,445.91
The Police Report was not presented for reviewed due to Covid-19 distancing procedure.
All Unfinished Business was tabled till a time when residents could return to meetings
New Business was limited to Mr. Shultz’s motion to delay spring clean up to May 15th, 16th and 17th. Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion passed with all Supervisors in agreement.
There were no Public Comments.
There were no Announcements.
Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the May Meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The May Meeting was adjourned at 7:13 PM.
