The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were no Guest Speakers.
The Board approved the Minutes of the May meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports and Timesheets were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $ 9,766.05
General Funds $9,766.05, State Funds $0. Mr. Muir seconded; motion carried.
The Balances for June 1st, 2020 General Fund $242,768.17and State Fund $282,633.28.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.
The Police Report was reviewed A motion to accept the report was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.
The Supervisors Discussed removal of a tree at the park for safety reasons.
The Unfinished Business consisted of the tabling of a discussion concerning the purchase a recycling trailer. Mr. Cameron moved to table; Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion passed with all Supervisors in agreement.
New Business consisted of a motion by Mr. Shultz to pass Resolution Number 0601220. The Resolution was brought to us by the County Commissioner authorizing property tax relief provisions due to the COVID-19 crisis. Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion passed with all Supervisors in agreement.

There were no Announcements.
Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the June Meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The June Meeting was adjourned at 7:15 PM.
