The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz was absent. Chris Cameron called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were no Guest Speakers.
The Board approved the Minutes of the October 2020 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports and Timesheets were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $ 3,051.37
General Funds $3,051.37, State Funds 0. Mr. Muir seconded; motion carried.
The Balances after expenditures are General Fund $246,230.09 and State Fund $279,376.64.
The Police Report was reviewed A motion to accept the report was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.
The Supervisors Discussed right of ways with some residents.
The Unfinished Business was the opening of winter stone bids. Ritchey Trucking $18.49, Homer Sleek & Sons $23.50, McClymonds Supply & Transit $16.75, and Brawley Trucking $21.85. Motion to accept low bid was made by Mr. Muir, Mr. Cameron seconded. Motion passed with both Supervisors in agreement.
New Business consisted of a motion by Mr. Muir to advertise the 2021 Budget. The Annual Budget Report for 2021 will be available for public inspection. Mr. Cameron seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There were no Public Comments.

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the November Meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion carried. The November Meeting was adjourned at 7:40 PM.
