The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz and Chris Cameron were present. Keith Muir was absent. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.
There were no Guest Speakers.
The Board approved the Minutes of the December 2020 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports and Timesheets were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Shultz, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Shultz moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $4,477.12
General Funds $4,477.12, State Funds $0. Mr. Camron seconded; motion carried.
The Balances after expenditures are General Fund $264,005.70 and State Fund $269,846.68.
The Police Report was reviewed A motion to accept the report was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.
The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Shultz. Motion carried.
The Supervisors Discussed the need for a debris blower and a new welder for the shop.
Mr. Cameron suggested Mr. Shultz get prices on both and bring them to the next meeting for discussion.

Mr. Cameron then moved to Adjourn the January Meeting. Mr. Shultz seconded the motion. Motion carried. The January Meeting was adjourned at 7:30.
