The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance.
There were no Guest Speakers.
The Board approved the Minutes from the September meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Reports and Timesheets were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $2,303.93. General Funds $2,303.93, State Funds $0. Mr. Muir seconded; motion carried. The Balances after expenditures are General Fund $ 659,313.00 and State Fund $356,068.44.
The Roadmaster’s Report and was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.
The Police Report was reviewed. A motion to accept the report was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried.
The Supervisors Discussed scheduling trick or treat and financing/leasing options for the 2023 Peterbilt truck currently on order.

There was no Unfinished Business
New Business consisted of a motion by Mr. Shultz to have Trick or Treat Sunday, October 29th, 2023 between the hours of 4 PM and 6 PM. Mr. Cameron seconded the motion. Motion carried with all Supervisors in agreement.

Mr. Shultz then moved to advertise for 500 tons of PennDOT approved anti-skid. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion passed with all Supervisors in agreement.
There were no Public Comments
Announcements: Fall Clean-up October 6th, 7th, and 8th from 8 AM – 5 PM.
Mr. Shultz moved to Adjourn the October meeting. Mr. Muir seconded the motion. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 7:28 PM.
