MINUTES
PINE TOWNSHIP SUPERVISORS MEETING
 July 1st, 2024

The Pine Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at 7:00 PM at the Pine Township Municipal Building in Heilwood. Ryan Shultz, Chris Cameron, and Keith Muir were present. Ryan Shultz called the meeting to order then led the Pledge of Allegiance and welcomed all visitors.

There were no Guest Speakers. 

The Board approved the Minutes of the June 2024 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s Reports and Timesheets were presented to the Board. A motion to accept the reports was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried.

Bills were reviewed. Mr. Cameron moved to pay the bills on the agenda totaling $8,949.20.
General Funds $4,666.46, State Funds $4,282.74. Mr. Muir seconded; motion carried.
The Balances after expenditures are General Fund $322,105.02 and State Fund $470,051.64.

The Roadmaster’s Report was presented to the Board. A motion to accept the report was called for by Mr. Muir, seconded by Mr. Cameron. Motion carried. 

The Police Report was reviewed. A motion to accept the report was called for by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Muir. Motion carried. 

The Supervisors Discussed results from clean-up, hydraulic broom has been placed on Municibid, project for Stiles Station Road, and purchase of a debris blower for the tractor.

Unfinished Business consisted of an update on the countywide new emergency services authority. Jeff Gromley has been chosen as our district 4 representative.  

There was no New Business 

There were no Public comments.

Announcements: Pine Twp VFC sub sale July 13th. Pine Township Community Day Sat, July 20th.

Mr. Shultz then moved to Adjourn the July Meeting. Mr. Cameron seconded the motion. Motion carried. The July meeting was adjourned 7:26 PM.
